Brandon Hebert

Sales Representative. Newcastle resident. Port Post contributor.

I'm a dad first. I grew up in Durham Region, I'm raising my kids here, and this community is genuinely home to me. I write the real estate column in The Port Post each month. And I build community events from scratch because I think neighbourhoods get stronger when people actually know each other.

My background is in marketing and visual storytelling. I understand how to make something feel right to a buyer. The photography, the video, the way a home is presented and positioned. That instinct came from years of creative work long before real estate, and I brought it here because I knew it would matter.

I won't tell you what you want to hear. I'll tell you what you need to know, and then I'll work hard to make it happen.

Client Stories

What Clients Say

"In a world where everyone and their mother is a real estate agent, it's easy to assume they all provide the same level of service. After my latest sale and purchase, I really understood the difference a top agent makes. Brandon is an ELITE agent and his reputation precedes him. For the first time I felt comfortable enough to not have any input in both ends of the process. I highly recommend if you want an agent with clout that will treat you like his only client."

Daniel Lahham

"We were up against multiple offers on our Newcastle home and honestly didn't think we'd win. Brandon suggested we write a personal letter to the sellers. It worked and they chose us over everyone else. We've been here ever since and couldn't imagine living anywhere else."

Bojana C., Port of Newcastle

"Working with Brandon made what could've been stressful feel effortless. He helped us find our home even though it was two hours away and we had very limited chances to see places in person. Every step was seamless, organized, and felt like working with someone who truly had our best interests at heart."
